Furnished private bedroom with a waterfront view in Carrying Place, near Trenton.
The room is upstairs in a waterfront home, with a shared kitchen, living room, dining room and bathroom with a shower. Laundry is on the same floor. Rent includes utilities, internet and one parking space.
Renovations are underway, with December 1 as the intended move-in date.
I’m the homeowner and live on the property. I work from home and have a senior dog and two cats.
I’m creating a women-only household with a comfortable balance of independence, privacy and companionship. I’d like it to be a welcoming home where we can enjoy a conversation and also respect one another’s personal space.
Consideration around noise and cleaning up after yourself in shared spaces are important to me. My preference is for no additional pets.
I would particularly welcome women aged 50 and over who are at a similar stage of life.
