About the room

I’m looking for someone to sublet my room in a shared house from January 1st to the end of April 2027, with move-in available near the end of December, as I’ll be away for my co-op!

The room comes with your own private bathroom, and rent is $1,250/month, with all utilities included except Wi-Fi (approximately $10/month). The house also has in-house laundry!

We’re in a great location, just a 5-minute walk to Saint Mary’s University, a 30-minute walk to Dalhousie, and a 10-minute walk to Sobeys, Atlantic Superstore, and NSLC.

Ideally looking for a female university student, as the house is shared with other girls!

About the roomies

You’ll be living with five other girls: Celeste, Adina, Rebecca, Lola, and Leela! We’re all university students and a fun, social group who love hanging out and spending time together. We’re looking for someone who’s friendly, easygoing, and would be a great fit for the house! :)

I found the site to be clear of scams which is very much appreciated since there's so much garbage out there on the web.

Flawless design and user-friendly. I hope people really catch on to this app because it is well put together for people looking for affordable housing.

Roomies is my #1 go to whenever I want to list a room for rent because I always have a better experience with them than any of the other sites out there.
