Looking for a sublet for a cozy room in a community-oriented house of students and working professionals. We are a mixed-gender household in a quiet neighborhood close to UW campus! You’ll have four housemates, but you’ll share the basement bathroom with one female.
Location: 10 minute walk to Uptown and the ion, 20 minute walk to UW campus, through Waterloo Park.
The house has a friendly, welcoming atmosphere and we like to spend intentional time together. We each cook dinner for the house one night per week, so we would prefer someone who would like to participate in this tradition. Queer-friendly, all genders welcome.
The room is available Nov. 15th or later. This would be a sublet until August 2027, with the option of signing onto the lease going forward. Please message me if you are interested!
