Quiet and kind home. I live upstairs and I’m looking for a third roommate to live downstairs with two other males. You would share a bathroom downstairs with these two (lovely) humans.

The downstairs suite is (almost) fully distinct from the upstairs unit. It has it’s own entrance, living room, bathroom and 1/2 kitchen.

To cook a full meal, you would use the upstairs kitchen. But downstairs has a fridge and microwave and toaster oven and dishes and cupboards for groceries and dining table.

There is a washer and dryer downstairs and we share them.

The house is on all the major bus routes. The wifi and heat and hot water are all included. The only thing you pay for are sundries and groceries.

There is parking available around the corner on Nelthorpe St. We each chip in to share the chores.

We are lovely humans. Living successfully (and quietly) together for quite some time. We each are kind to each other but mostly just pass each other in the common areas.
