About the room

Bright, fully furnished upstairs bedroom with a comfortable double bed, private mini-fridge, and large window in a clean, quiet household. Private parking space and high-speed Wi-Fi are included in the price. Looking for a clean, respectful full-time working professional or student who works/studies outside the home during the day. House rules include a strict no-smoking and no-drugs policy. Must be animal-friendly as there are pets in the home. Available starting December 1st. Rent is $950 per month plus $50 for utilities.

About the roomies

I am a professional holistic therapist who works from home during the day. I have a very friendly cat and a friendly dog, and I also do a little bit of dog boarding out of the house. There is also one quiet, clean, and very respectful male roommate who lives who lives in a large basement room with a private bath and he is out of the house alot. the household is peaceful, organized, and very quiet.
