About the room

Moving out and looking for someone to take over my bedroom in a 2 bed, 2 bath unit at 70 Temperance. The location is right in the centre of downtown, a short walk to the office towers, grocery stores, and some great restaurants.

The room: bedroom with floor-to-ceiling windows and a private ensuite bathroom. It fits a queen bed. The bedroom is unfurnished, but the rest of the apartment is fully furnished, so you only need to bring your own bedroom set.

About the roomies

Female professional who works in finance. She loves to travel, is always on the hunt for a new coffee shop or restaurant to try, and is into fitness. Both bedrooms are ensuite, so you each have your own space.

Looking for someone respectful of shared space, tidy, communicative.

I found the site to be clear of scams which is very much appreciated since there's so much garbage out there on the web.

Flawless design and user-friendly. I hope people really catch on to this app because it is well put together for people looking for affordable housing.

Roomies is my #1 go to whenever I want to list a room for rent because I always have a better experience with them than any of the other sites out there.
