Welcome to a cozy and comfortable walkout 2 bedroom basement with a private entrance, offering plenty of privacy and independence from the people living upstairs. The home features a shared kitchen, bathroom, and comfortable living space. I take pride in keeping my home clean, peaceful, and welcoming, and I’m looking for someone who shares those same values. Cleanliness is extremely important to me especially since we will be sharing the bathroom and kitchen. I expect both spaces to be kept clean and tidy after each use. This includes washing dishes, keeping the kitchen sink clean, and maintaining good personal hygiene.

A little about me: I’m friendly, respectful, easygoing, and enjoy good company, but I also love my peace, quiet, and personal space. I work Monday to Friday in Toronto, so I’m rarely home during the weekdays and usually spend my weekends relaxing.
