Looking for a WORKing, clean, quiet, and easy-going person to rent a bedroom on main floor.

It is about 5 minutes walking distance to Franklin Ctrain or Barlow Maxbell Ctrain Stations, and about 9 minutes to downtown. Walking distance to Shopper Drug Mart, Co-op, Hong Kong Super Market, TD etc amenities along 17th avenue (international avenue). Easy access to everywhere.

The rent is $580 monthly including all utilities (electricity, gas, and water), free laundry and WiFi. Parking is also included. First and last month rent is required and non-negotiable.
