Spacious, private den available in a centrally located downtown condo, with the flexibility to rent it furnished or partially unfurnished, based on your preference.

The den features:

• French double doors that fully close
• Curtains on the glass panels for added privacy
• Natural light from the window
• Comfortable space for sleeping, working, and storage

🪑 Flexible Furniture Options

The room currently includes:

• Bed frame
• Mattress
• Desk
• Wardrobe/cupboard

All furniture belongs to me personally. You’re welcome to use the existing furniture at no additional cost, or I can remove the bed frame, mattress, and desk if you’d prefer to bring your own.

Whether you’re looking for a move-in-ready space or prefer to set up the room your own way, I’m happy to accommodate!

You’ll be sharing the apartment with just one other person (me), with access to a fully furnished living room, equipped kitchen, and shared bathroom.

I’m a friendly, outgoing, and easygoing working professional in the broadcast and live sports production industry.

My work schedule can be unconventional, so my hours vary throughout the week. On weekends (if I’m not working :p), I enjoy going out, attending music events, meeting friends, and occasionally having friends over.

While I’m social, I also value my downtime, personal space, and a peaceful home environment.

Cleanliness and hygiene are extremely important to me. I take pride in keeping the apartment clean, organized, and comfortable, and I’m hoping to find someone who shares those values.

I appreciate open communication, mutual respect, and a relaxed, friendly atmosphere at home.

Ideally, someone who is:

• Very clean, hygienic, and organized (my biggest priority!)
• A full-time working professional with a reliable source of income

• Preferably looking for a long-term place to call home

You don’t have to be extremely social. I just appreciate living with someone respectful, considerate, and easy to get along with.

📋 Lease & Rental Requirements

Monthly Rent: $1,000 – All-Inclusive

Upon confirmation:

• First and last month’s rent: $2,000 total
• Two recent pay stubs or equivalent proof of income
• Government-issued photo ID for identity verification
• A formal lease agreement will be arranged through the landlord, with the selected roommate’s name added alongside mine

I will remain the primary point of contact with the landlord. Monthly rent will be paid to me, and I will forward it to the landlord as part of the apartment’s total rent.

Long-term tenants preferred.
