Hello! This is a 4 bed, 3 bath townhouse located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood, walking distance from many stores. It’s a 7 minute drive from OTU/DC campus, or a 20 minute bus commute. It comes with a garage, and 1 car driveway, so parking is available. There is visitor parking just down the street, literally a 30 second walk from the townhouse. The room is on the top floor, (3 storey townhouse), with a closet and it’s own bathroom. The bathroom isn’t in the room itself, but in the hallway, but not shared with other tenants. The 4th bedroom is also available for rent, if occupied then the hallway bathroom would be shared between the two. Laundry is included, as well as 2 living areas, balcony, backyard, garage, and lots of windows throughout. Rent is $950 each if 3 occupants, and $715 each if 4 occupants.
