this is a sublet from december 1st (or earlier from mid november) to april 30th, with the possibility to sign a new lease after. I have lived in this space for a year and really enjoyed it, but am moving with my partner so letting in go to someone who hopefully will love it as much as I have:)
the flat is ideally located 10mins away from mont royal metro, and 3mins away from rue saint laurent, with many restaurants, bars, cute cafes, and thrift shops! it’s a vibrant area, but the street the flat is on a very quiet street. there is a shared back garden and a cozy living room with a tv!
three other lovely flatmates, val (she/her), melian (they/he), and mateo (he/they), between 21 and 28 years old, a mix of students and professionals! ideally looking for someone in their late 20s for balance, but we’re open to anyone as long as you’re chill, queer or queer friendly, and respectful of common areas. we like to share some meals together and sometimes host, have a wee chat in the kitchen, but are also mindful of everyone’s need for solo time:) happy to answer any questions x
