Steps to Metrotown Mall, close to both Metrotown and Royal Oak Skytrain, Bus, Banks (VanCity,RBC, CIBC), shops, London Drugs, Shoppers, KFC, Starbucks and Chevron are just around the corner.

About the roomies

The building is quiet and safe, mostly families and couples live there, majority long term tenants. I’m looking for nice, polite and quiet student girl/s, focusing on their studies, preferably for longer term. The room can be shared by two girlfriends or rented individually (there are two bedrooms). Please send me a text or email and will be happy to chat and show you around.
