Huron Street

London, ON N5Y 4L1

a small room in an apartment on the third floor, the room would be unfurnished but i could not get better pictures at the moment. the room would be fully yours and all other areas of the apartment will be shared. no pets because there is already a cat here and he’s not the friendliest with other pets, as well as there would be no room for a bigger or second litter box. bills are not included in the rent but would also be shared between the two of us, message me if you need more info about the bills.

i will be the only other living in the apartment although i frequently have friends over. I am disabled and thus i have a hard time doing large runs of groceries or moving things and hope you would be able sometimes help me with things like boxes and groceries. there is 1 cat living here, he is very friendly and lovable to all people i take care of him completely although i would occasionally ask you to feed him when i go somewhere for the nights.
