About the room

Clean and quiet property in an excellent location near Kensington and Little italy at the heart of downtown with nearby amenities. Room is on lower floor and will have access to own personal bathroom AND kitchen. You will NOT share with roommates and it’s basically like a studio apartment. High speed internet and other utilities are all included. 2 min walk to Trinity bellwoods park 2 min walk to bus stop Bikeshare is two steps from the house. 10 min bike to St Patrick subway. Parking not included. The rent is 1350$. Best price you can find in the area for what the room is offering.

Quiet Students preferred as this is only available for the 2027 winter semester (January-April 2027) with no possibility for extension. An earlier renting timeframe starting around December can be considered. Place will come furnished with bed, closet,desk and fridge.
