About the room

Furnished bedroom with plenty of storage on the top floor of a house close to down town. The mattress & bedding were bought only 4 months ago. The large window has Privacy/black-out blinds. Shared bathroom, kitchen, living, laundry and balcony with 2 people (my son and myself). Hydro and internet are included, but not phone or streaming sites. There is room for 1 vehicle on the lawn.

About the roomies

We are quiet people with 2 cats. Looking for a responsible and respectful person who is easy to get along with and willing to share the cleaning duties (we are clean, but not neat freaks lol). I am 58 and work long hours as a kitchen cabinet designer. My son is 23 and works in retail. We have 2 great tenants downstairs.
