Private room for rent in a basement suite on northmount drive nw. Rent is 650, utilities included. Shared laundry with the upstairs neighbor. Wireless internet can be included for an extra 25$ per month. Right next to cb’s drive thru, and domo gas. Short walk to subway, dollarama, and little caesars. 20 minute walk to the Banff trail ctrain station.

Im James! Im 37, and I work as an arborist. Im a quiet, chill, very friendly guy. I like gaming. I have a cat named beans. She is very sweet. I do smoke both cigarettes, and Marijuana, but not in the house. The apartment is in a four plex, so there are a few neighbors. One person living above us, one person on the other side, and a family above them. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming.
