About the room

House in the suburbs, located in Kirkland. Calm area close to the rem. Must be able to live with dogs. Gym in the basement. I have an extra not really furnished room that could be discussed as an add on as well for an office or separate living room.

About the roomies

1 person, self employed and 2 dogs. House is clean, well maintained and mostly renovated. If extra amenities needed we can discuss options. Francais/english. Bonus points if you speak Spanish and willing to help me learn as i travel often to Spanish speaking countries. House is non smoker but a smoking room has been set up in the garage with ventilation to exhaust smoke. Ideally prefer non smokers.
