a large, private room available in a spacious 5 1/2 right next to place des arts metro.

the room gets a lot of afternoon sunlight and has plenty of space for whatever furniture you might have.

the apartment is also quite large (2 floors) with 1.5 bathrooms, a big kitchen, and a private balcony in the back.

About the roomies

im a chef by trade and tend to work evenings. i live here with one very friendly cat and my other roommate who works as an engineer mostly out of province, so he is here only every other weekend or so.
