About the room

Hey everyone! 👋 I’m looking for a FEMALE roommate for the second bedroom in my 2 bed, 2 bath apartment in Griesbach, starting mid-November. Rent is $850/month and that covers everything: water, heat, electricity and internet. You’d have your own UNFURNISHED room and your own bathroom, plus in-suite laundry and a really nice kitchen (photos below). The building is newer and the place gets great light. A bit about the vibe: it’s a clean, non-smoking home with no pets, so I’m hoping to find someone who’s tidy, respectful and easy to live with.
