Lovely, newly deep cleaned room in Kerrisdale. Five minute walk to 049 and 016 bus, 10 minutes to 0R4. Grocery store is a three minute walk from the house. Very friendly, respectful, clean, and kind roommates. Wifi is shared as are utilities (once every three months). Room has amazing natural lighting and a dresser included. Furniture is negotiable for sale in the room. Move-in date is flexible. Includes a dishwasher, oven, large stove, two refrigerators, and plenty of kitchen space.

Bathroom is shared with one other person. More photos are available.

The other three roommates are all women, so we would prefer a female.

Open to long-term, short-term, or subletting lease.

All three women are students at UBC. All clean up after themselves and are respectful of shared spaces. They are social, and will always respect a choice to socialize or not. They have made the space as warm and welcoming as possible. Perfect environment to have visitors over occasionally.
