It’s a four-month sublet through February, with the option to take over the room long-term after that (subject to Tricon’s approval).

THE ROOM: about 9’8“ x 9’5“ with a walk-in closet and your own thermostat. The bathroom is outside the room but used only by you. The room is unfurnished, so bring your own bed.

THE APARTMENT: 882 sq ft, open kitchen with an island and wine fridge, in-suite washer/dryer, and keyless smart locks. The kitchen is fully stocked and the living room is furnished.

THE BUILDING: rooftop pool and saunas, a two-level gym with spin and yoga studios, co-working space with meeting rooms, a screening room, and 24/7 concierge.

THE LOCATION: steps to the Distillery District, Corktown Common, and the Don River trail. Streetcar at Distillery Loop, with quick access to the Gardiner and Lake Shore.

COST: $1,786/mo for rent and insurance, plus about $100-120/mo for your half of internet and utilities. Parking is available for $335/mo. If you move in before November 1, those days are prorated. The deposit is last month’s rent.
