Access Needs: there are two steps to enter the front door and back door. The room is on the second floor up a set of stairs. Laundry is down a set of stairs in the basement.

Additional Information: The apartment is in a great location in the Annex between Bathurst and Spadina south of Bloor. We live in a friendly neighbourhood and the rent is great for the location. We are right downtown, but you wouldn’t recognize that on our street. The location is very walkable- only a few minutes to the subway and other transit. There are a lot of restaurants, bars, shopping, and entertainment options nearby. The apartment is very sizable for three people with a lot of common spaces. We are two graduate students in literature and teaching at U of T. We live fairly busy school and social lives. I tend to be out of the house quite a bit as does Bill, though there are some times we work from home. We are quite easy-going and respectful of each other. We’re looking for someone who values the same type of roommate relationship. We share cleaning duties and chores. You’re more than welcome to have guests over and we don’t necessarily have any hard and fast rules when it comes to noise- just be reasonable and/ or check in with your roommates! We have become friends since being roommates, but it’s not necessarily a requirement if you’re a private person. If our vibes match, you’ll be a great fit!
