Beaconwood, ON K1J 6X6

Looking for a clean, quiet student to take over a lease for a top-floor bedroom located in an all-male student house at 977 Shefford Road in Gloucester. The lease runs until August 31, with a full possibility to renew for the next school year! Price: $687/month (ALL-INCLUSIVE: Heat, electricity, hydro, and blazing-fast Wi-Fi are all included in the rent!) The Room & House Layout: • Your Space: A bedroom located on the top floor. Fully furnished with a comfortable bed, study desk, chair, and a closet. • The Bathroom Setup: The house has 6 bedrooms total. However, 2 bedrooms have their own private ensuites. This means you only share the 2 main bathrooms with just 3 other quiet student tenants! • The Kitchen & Common Areas: Shared kitchen equipped with 2 full-sized refrigerators, an oven, and a microwave. • Laundry: In-unit washer and dryer available for $2 per load each. • Built-in Cleaning Service: OSH staff come weekly to clean the common areas and handle the garbage disposal, allowing you to completely dedicate your time to your studies! Convenient Location (Gloucester): • Transit: Just a 5-minute walk to Montreal Station. Buses and the train connect you directly to Blair Station for an easy commute. • Food & Shopping Close By: Steps away from McDonald’s, Subway, Little Caesars, and Dairy Queen. Grocery shopping is highly convenient with Metro, Walmart, and Costco all nearby. • The Area: A quiet and safe neighbourhood surrounded by parks and within walking distance to the scenic Ottawa River shore. ⚠️ Requirements: Per housing regulations, you must be a student to rent this room. Please note this is a fully all-male house. The current housemates are all quiet, respectful, and focused male students. Intended Process: This will be completed officially and legally through Ottawa Student Housing (OSH) management paperwork. Message me today to book an in-person or virtual viewing!

You’ll be sharing with quiet, respectful students who mostly keep to themselves and focus on their studies, but are always friendly and open to socializing whenever you hang out in common areas!
