The room comes fully furnished: queen bed with bedding, desk and chair, nightstand, and closet. Rent is $820/month, ALL included: Wi-Fi, hydro (electricity/heating); washer and dryer in the unit, and cleaning supplies are included too.

Available November 8, 2026, for a stay of 1 to 3 months.

This is a shared apartment — I live here too. No pets, please.

I’m looking for a clean, quiet and respectful roommate who works outside the home during the day. The apartment is a calm space, so it isn’t a good fit for someone working from home full-time.
