Base Line Road West

Southcrest Estates, ON N6J 4W4

Women only, please!

This room will be available November 1st.

I’ve lived here for just over seven years, and the building is amazing. It has a variety of great features, too!

• in-unit laundry
• dishwasher
• wall a/c unit
• individual heating units per room
• parking (free)
• gym space and sauna
• lounge/library
• close to several bus lines (15, 24, 7, 12)
• lots of dentists, doctors, schools, grocery stores, and restaurants nearby.

If you’re clean, quiet, and friendly, please apply! :) I like my own space, but I definitely don’t want to be strangers. I have a cat (super sweet and affectionate) and will be taking in two kittens very soon, so if you’re a petless animal lover, that would be great!

The rent, including internet, is $706 per month each with hydro costs varying depending on usage (which we would split 50/50. Typically the range is about $75-$110).

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask :)

I’m a 30 year old educator who loves sports, anime and manga, cooking and baking, learning languages, and getting a little competitive during trivia!

I’m a leftist, passionate about the environment, and a lover of alt music and fashion, as well!

I’ve lived in this apartment for quite a while and really love it. I’m hoping to pair up with someone who will appreciate it just as much as I do!
