Available Nov 1, Flexible term with option to move in earlier. Private Bedroom in a beautiful and well maintained 3 bed 2 bath corner detached house with Garage on 30th Ave Fraser St.

Shoppers Drug Mart and No Frills are a right next to the house. Lots of cafés and restaurants on Fraser within five minute walk. The #8 bus is right there on Fraser and runs all night making commutes extremely easy being in the centre of Vancouver.

The room Fully furnished with new furniture and a brand new Sleep Country mattress. Plenty of storage. The front door has a keypad lock, so no keys to carry.
