Single bedroom for rent in a three bedroom house. Shared with two young professionals. There is also another tenant in a separate unit in the basement (back entrance) but we rarely see him. LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent friendly, clean and personable roommates, plus a great neighborhood! The house is within walking distance of Mooney’s Bay, a small grocery store, Shoppers, McDonalds, and several bus stops. Easy commute for a student at Carleton or Algonquin.
