About the room

This is a fairly spacious basement suite with 3 bedrooms I am looking to rent 2 of the larger rooms which both have built in closets. They’re fairly bright in the day and the lighting is great for the evening. This area is lovely and quiet, near the park and dyke footpath, and a short walk to supermarkets, shops and bars.

There is a shared garden with another tennent in the carriage house who mostly keeps to himself but he enjoys taking care of the garden.

It’s a beautiful quiet area, looking for someone who wants a peaceful lifestyle.

About the roomies

I am 38 and I work away, so I’m occasionally at the property but due to holidays, it’s infrequent so far, maybe once every 2 months for a week or so. I’m a rescue tech and like to be outdoors in my spare time, and having a fire and a beer in the evenings with some good food.
