I’m looking for a clean, cozy private room in a safe and quiet area near Don Mills Station. I’d love a room with lots of natural light, working air conditioning, and good ventilation. It would be great if I could use a shared kitchen and laundry, and have grocery stores and TTC nearby. I’m a respectful and tidy tenant, and I’m just looking for a comfortable place to call home.
