About the room

One large private room is available in a spacious 3br basement suite from Nov. 1 ONE person only. The room is bright, quiet and spacious (about180sft). There is a full size built-in closet from bottom to the ceilings for storage. Furniture includes a queen bed and beddings, night stand and lights, a desk and a chair. (showed in picture).

Currently there is one male roommate.

It is a newly renovated suite with full kitchen, living room and one shared bathroom.
The property is located in presigious Kerrisdale community. 52nd ave/ Angus Drive. One direct bus about 20-30 minutes to UBC. min 8 month lease. Rent: $1000, including heat, water and hydro. WIFI is extra street parking is available. No pets, smoking of any kind. No large gethering, no party. Looking for clean, responsible, respectful and caring person.
