About the room

My boyfriend and I have a room available in our apartment! Currently, the room has a bed but not much else. Can unfurnish the room entirely or leave it as is!

Our building has a pool, hot tub, sauna, party room, and is pet friendly. Just shy of 1000sqf!

We’re located on Richmond, just below UVic. The 14 bus line runs right outside the building!

About the roomies

My boyfriend and I (both 27) have been living here for the last 6 years. I am currently at uvic for English, he works as a barista in town. We have a dog and a cat, as well as some fish tanks.

I went to UVic previously for theatre, I am quite crafty and love a quiet day at home reading or watching a movie. Jackson loves coffee and loves making it for others! We’re also big into video games, board games, and DND.

I found the site to be clear of scams which is very much appreciated since there's so much garbage out there on the web.

Flawless design and user-friendly. I hope people really catch on to this app because it is well put together for people looking for affordable housing.

Roomies is my #1 go to whenever I want to list a room for rent because I always have a better experience with them than any of the other sites out there.
