Bedroom with Bathroom Access – Abbotsford I am currently repainting some of the room and repair it in little spots so hopefully all done when someone is ready to move in it’ll look perfect

I’m looking for a respectful, clean, and reliable roommate to share a comfortable, well-equipped home in Abbotsford. The property is conveniently located close to parks, shopping, restaurants, and public transit.

The bedroom is a decent size, overlooks the backyard, and has a closet for storage. There’s enough room to fit a queen-size mattress in the corner. The bedroom has direct access to the bathroom, which features a walk-in shower and bathroom cabinet for toiletries.

LIVING ROOM & ENTERTAINMENT The spacious living room includes a comfortable couch and a 50-inch TV. You’re welcome to use the living room and enjoy streaming services through my existing subscriptions, including Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and Disney+. There’s also a dining table for meals and other activities.

A treadmill is available for household use as well.

FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN I’m a Level 1 chef, so the kitchen is well-equipped with pots, pans, knives, cutting boards, cooking utensils, Tupperware, spices, and pretty much everything you need to cook comfortably. There’s also a water-filter jug provided, so there’s no need to buy bottled water.

I’m working on getting a matching set of cups for the household. If we discover that something important is missing, we can discuss getting it together.

LAUNDRY & HOUSEHOLD SUPPLIES The suite has in-suite laundry. We’ll coordinate laundry days so we can both use the facilities conveniently.

I keep a good supply of household essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, wet wipes, garbage bags, and dryer sheets. There’s a shared pantry/storage area where these supplies are kept, along with room for some personal items. Please leave space for the household essentials rather than filling the storage area with personal belongings.

We’ll use a household app to keep track of supplies that are running low and coordinate replacements. We can agree on how to split the cost of shared items such as spices, cleaning products, and other household necessities.

BACKYARD & PARKING The property has a large backyard with a raised patio/deck area, a shared propane fire pit, and two chairs. There’s also a gated gravel pathway along the side of the property and parking available.

PETS I have a friendly Golden Retriever/Husky mix, so you must be comfortable living with a dog. My dog is part of the household, and finding someone who is happy living with a pet is important.

LOCATION The home is close to parks, shopping, restaurants, and public transit, making it convenient for getting around Abbotsford.

RENT $925 per month, including the agreed share of rent, utilities, tenant insurance, and Wi-Fi. The exact arrangement for shared household expenses will be discussed before moving in.

I’m looking for someone who wants a comfortable home, respects shared spaces, communicates openly, and is happy to work together to keep the household running smoothly.

I’m a friendly, laid-back person who enjoys gaming, cooking, music, photography, spending time outdoors with my dog, and occasionally binge-watching shows.

I’m looking for a compatible roommate who wants a comfortable, respectful living environment. I’m happy to chat, share the occasional meal, or watch something together, but I also understand that everyone needs their own space and privacy.

WHAT I’M LOOKING FOR

Ideally, I’d like to live with someone who is:

I understand that everyone has good and bad days. Dishes don’t need to be washed immediately, and cleaning doesn’t always happen on the same day. I simply ask that things are taken care of within a reasonable time so shared spaces remain comfortable for both of us.

SHARING THE HOME

We’ll coordinate laundry days, share responsibility for keeping common areas clean, and establish a reasonable cleaning routine.

Garbage and recycling will be managed according to the collection schedule. Recycling should be broken down and stacked neatly until it’s time to take it out. The green bin is collected weekly.

We’ll use a household app to track supplies that are running low and coordinate replacements. We can work out a fair system for sharing the cost of common necessities, such as spices and cleaning supplies.

For groceries, I’m happy to discuss whether we share certain basics or keep our food separate. We can also label items in the fridge to avoid confusion.

Since the bathroom is shared, we’ll figure out a practical arrangement for shower access and storing toiletries so we both have enough space.

I’m hoping to find someone considerate and dependable who understands that sharing a home means communicating, respecting boundaries, and working together.

A background check will be required as part of the roommate selection process.
