About the room

Cosy two bedroom in Little Italy/Trinity Bellwoods. Its a smaller room that fits a double bed, desk and a side table with large closet space and crawl space for storage which is a bonus.

Upper level of a house. Utilities and internet are included. Shared laundry on site in the basement.

Great neighbourhood. Walking distance to everything you need.

About the roomies

I am a very laid back, leftist artist type. I dont drink or smoke but I am 420 friendly. In the winter I work from home and in the summer I have a contract outside the house. I spend a lot of time cooking, going to the gym, biking and working on projects in my room.

Looking for a clean and laid back individual to share my space with. Home should be a place of peace and I am looking for someone who wants the same.
