About the room

We live in a very spacious condo at 295 Adelaide St W, in a convenient downtown location. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with full-sized appliances, an in-unit washer and dryer, a spacious entryway, a large living room, a balcony, and two separate bedrooms. Your room has its own ensuite bathroom, giving you extra privacy and space to yourself. You can also look up the building online to explore its full range of amenities.

About the roomies

Your roommate will be Sydney, a lawyer in her early 30s and one of the friendliest, kindest people you could hope to live with. The atmosphere at home is relaxed and easygoing, and Sydney is usually out at work for most of the day. You’ll also have her little dog as a second roommate, a sweetheart who has won over everyone she’s met!

I found the site to be clear of scams which is very much appreciated since there's so much garbage out there on the web.

Flawless design and user-friendly. I hope people really catch on to this app because it is well put together for people looking for affordable housing.

Roomies is my #1 go to whenever I want to list a room for rent because I always have a better experience with them than any of the other sites out there.
