$1,400/month for one person to have the room privately, or $1,800/month total for two friends sharing ($900 each). All utilities and internet are included.

The room has bunk beds, large windows, a spacious mirrored closet, a dresser and a wall-mounted TV. The bathroom is shared with the two other residents.

Enjoy a fully equipped shared kitchen, a comfortable living room with a fireplace, and in-suite laundry. Building amenities include an indoor swimming pool, gym, sauna and billiards room.

Conveniently located near Stadium–Chinatown SkyTrain, T&T, Costco, restaurants, shops, Gastown and the False Creek seawall.

You’ll be sharing the condo with two Japanese exchange students, each with their own separate room. The kitchen, living room, bathroom and laundry are shared.

My wife Maria and I own the condo and manage the rental. We’re looking for someone considerate who communicates well and helps keep the shared spaces clean. Students and working professionals are welcome, as are two friends looking to share the available bedroom.
