• Clean & Tidy: Must be someone who is inherently neat, organized, and proactive about maintaining shared spaces.

• Responsible House Sitter: A reliable individual who is willing to help manage the property (taking care of mail, ensuring security, clearing the walkways and stairs in winter) when I travel for extended periods (typically a month or so at a time).

• Respectful & Quiet: Looking for a working professional or mature student who values a peaceful, calm home environment.

No smoking. No pets preferred to keep the space pristine.
