About the room

The condo is located on Bayview / Green lane. Comes with many amenities (gym, pool/sauna, rec rooms, indoor basketball/pickelball room, tennis court + BBQ (seasonally)) Located across the street from a plaza w/ pharmacy and grocery (shoppers + food basics) and a community center (public gym with classes, library, skating rink, etc.) Conveniently next to YRT lines 3, 91, and 413, easy transit to Finch station. The room itself is small but comfortable, comes with a twin bed, a desk, and a closet. The kitchen and living room is shared as well as the hallways but one of the bathrooms will be all yours. Your doors have locks.

About the roomies

The condo is currently occupied by one tenant (me) and a cat. I am 23, female, working professional so I am out of the house 8am-6pm Mon-Fri. Clean, quiet, generally prefer my roommates to be as well. The cat is also quiet and fairly shy, 2 years old or so, very gentle girl but not hypoallergenic.
