The room is approximately 10x11 and can be provided fully furnished (bed, desk, etc.) or unfurnished to suit your needs. You will have access to a shared bathroom and shared living spaces.

House Guidelines:

· No smoking or heavy drinking on the property. · No pets (due to allergies/cleanliness). · We value a quiet atmosphere, so this is not a party house. Overnight guests are not permitted in order to maintain the safety and peace of mind of everyone in the home.

Availability: Available Now. Minimum 3-month stay, with the option to extend up to 24 months.
