Hey there!

I’m looking for a roommate for my 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit at Marine Gateway in Vancouver. $1475, utilities not included. Move in date would be November 16th, or possibly December 1st. Women preferred. This bedroom comes with a separate bathroom ensuite. Floors are hardwood (the carpet has been replaced in that photo). Washer/dryer and dishwasher in unit. Big wraparound balcony. One parking space, bike storage and storage unit available. Only a 3-min walk to marine gateway station, with quick access to the airport and across from t&t, winners, cineplex, the clinic, etc.

*One important thing to note: I teach extreme vocals/piano and have some students that come over on Wednesdays until around 7:30/8pm. It can occasionally get loud at home during that day between teaching/recording, so I wanted to be honest about that since not everyone will enjoy living with a musician. I do teach at a music school the rest of the four days during the afternoon/night. Recording is done by 9pm in my room, and I am mindful of quiet hours at night. You might not see me much given my later schedule, unless your schedule is similar to mine.

If the sound or students at home might be an issue for you, I completely understand. But if that’s something you can work around, tell me the reason for your move, age/profession, and why you might be a good fit for this apartment :)

I’m in early 30’s and love concerts, hanging out with my boyfriend/friends, fashion, desserts/cocktails, biking, movies and psychology. I’m generally a warm and funny person, albeit quite shy when you first meet me. I cook on the weekends and am fond of keeping my space clean.
