Located right next door to the Line 2 Walkley train station, just two stops away from Carleton Campus. It is also conveniently located very close to the transitway, so UOttawa campus or any other main transit hub is easily accessible. The building is secure and safe; I’ve never had any issues in the area. It is also located very close to a Shoppers Drug Mart and No Frills, as well as the South Keys Shopping Centre. It is a new build, with a gym, rentable recreation rooms, and a terrace. The room is on the 12th floor with very pretty views, and the apartment includes a small balcony. The rest of the apartment is already furnished by me. Includes an in-unit washer and dryer as well as a dishwasher.

I’m a fourth-year psychology student at the University of Ottawa, planning on completing my degree in April 2027. I’m into reading, colouring, general crafty things, and a bit of Minecraft here and there. I also have the cutest 8-year-old black cat named Pixel. He’s the sweetest, adjusts well to new people, and he is quite talkative. More often than not, I’m either quietly studying in my room or watching TV and colouring. I like to think I keep the place quite clean, but that is a joint effort :)
