N's room

Montréal, QC H2X 1H6

• Room 693$/month • 7½ • Hydro/Internet not included • Starting December • Ville-Marie/Quartier Latin • Washer and dryer in unit • Lease Transfer • Animal Friendly

We are three people looking to rent a room available in our 7½, for December.

The apartment is spacious with huge windows, a balcony, fully equipped with washer and dryer, and is located right between Berri-UQAM and Sherbrooke metro stations. Both metros, pharmacies, grocery stores, and a myriad of fast food options are all within a 5-10 minute walking distance. We’re about 8 minutes walk away from l’UQAM, and 1 minute from the CVM. The apartment is located on the third floor of the building and unfortunately is not wheelchair accessible.

The room for rent is big double-size room (pictures of the room with the dark blue walls), has huge windows on three sides. Great for people who like plants and sunlight. Room can come fully furnished if needed (Bed, sofa, dresser, etc..).

Hydro not included, it ranges from $25 in summer to $120 in winter monthly; internet is $15 per month. Animals are accepted.

We need someone who is willing to be on the lease. Landlord requires pay stubs for the lease transfer. Reach out to us with a little paragraph about yourself if you’d like to schedule a visit!
