About the room
It’s a ground floor two bedroom, one bathroom right by Pandora Park. So plenty of groceries, restaurants and other stuff nearby! The R5, 7, 16, and 14 bus routes also stop practically right at our door. The unit offers garage storage, laundry, floor heating, fast internet and lots of street parking.
Our landlord lives in the same building and is extremely responsive when it comes to fixing or helping out with anything! He’s a legend.
The room up for rent is cozy and has an East facing window as well as a closet. Sadly, no pets are allowed (not even goldfish!).
Rent is $1130 (all utilities included) with a month-to-month lease!
About the roomies
I’m Lennert, 24 years old and from Belgium. Currently in Vancouver on a year long IEC work holiday visa! I’ve been here since March and am currently working in the local film industry- which I also did back in Belgium.
When it comes to the house, I’d love it if we could keep it tidy, communicative, responsible and respectful towards the space and each other! I also enjoy fun evening talks on the couch in the winter months!
Fun facts about myself? I like going for walks and swims, I’ve solo backpacked through Europe, SE Asia (duh) and Japan and my Letterboxd four is Moneyball, Paddington 2, Magnolia and Babylon.
