Hello future roommate!

I’m Khaezel and my partner’s name is Brad, we are a young couple looking to share our home with someone who enjoys a peaceful, clean and happy place to live in.

I work hybrid and Brad works in-person. When we are home, we like to play video games, watch TV, or cook. We like having small group of friends over (2-3 people) occasionally and you’re welcome to do the same given we all keep noise at a considerate level. We are open to social interactions with you but also respect personal space and time.

We are very mindful of shared spaces and make sure everyone enjoys it for their own activity. With that, we do our best to keep the house clean and tidy. We clean the apartment at least once a week, make sure trash are taken out regularly and clean after ourselves after using the bathroom and kitchen. We are looking for someone who also takes initiative in cleaning after themselves.

We understand that living with new people requires adjustments and we’re always open to discussing things in a diplomatic way to keep the harmony at home, we’re pretty chill.

As gay couple, we are looking for someone who is either part of the community or an ally. We do not tolerate hate in our home.

We’re looking forward to hear from you! Thanks, Khaezel & Brad
