About the room

1 bedroom for rent in a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground-level suite.

The unit is located in a house in the cute and charming Commercial St. neighbourhood, just a few blocks from Trout Lake, the Drive, Little Saigon, and Clark Park. It is a minute walk to the 20, and a 10 minute walk to the Commercial Broadway skytrain station.

You’ll have a private bathroom, and there is an in-suite laundry room shared with the next door tenant. The bedroom will come unfurnished but the living room and kitchen are fully decked out.

November 1st start date.

About the roomies

You’ll be sharing an apartment with me. I’m a woman in her mid twenties and works as a mental health worker in the downtown Eastside. I am looking for a female or non-binary roommate who is respectful, tidy and considerate.

I found the site to be clear of scams which is very much appreciated since there's so much garbage out there on the web.

Roomies is my #1 go to whenever I want to list a room for rent because I always have a better experience with them than any of the other sites out there.
