Very clean and in a central location (approx at W16th and Willow St). Separate entrance. Short term OK… inquire re: rate. Only suitable for a clean, respectful, non-smoking/vaping, pleasant person. Nothing weird here nor do we want that to change:).

Family of three upstairs. Work, school, and life. Some sound transfer but nothing ridiculous. Separate living areas… no ‘shared’ spaces.
