A bright, spacious room is available in a gorgeous, modern 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment in a fantastic Vancouver neighbourhood! The apartment features a modern kitchen, an open layout, plenty of natural light, and in-suite laundry. You’ll share the kitchen, bathroom, and common areas with just one other person (male, 29, works a 9-to-5 job and is super quiet and clean). The room comes unfurnished, but the outgoing tenant is happy to sell their furniture (bed, mattress, dresser, etc.) at a very affordable price. You can also move your belongings in a couple of days before December 1st!

• Half a block from the Fraser Street bus stop (008).
• Just a 1-minute walk to the R4 RapidBus to UBC and the 41 bus connecting to UBC and Joyce SkyTrain Station.
• Approximately 30 minutes to UBC and 30 minutes to downtown by transit.
• Walking distance to grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, schools, libraries, gyms, and other amenities.
• Small pets welcome (no pets currently live in the apartment).
• No smoking.
• No parking on the property, but free street parking is available nearby.
• Utilities not included (usually around $50–$75 per month).
• A one-year lease is preferred, but negotiable. You’ll have the freedom to make the apartment your own, decorate as you like, and have guests over.
