Hi everyone!
Available Dec 1st! I’ll be returning to Japan for about six months starting at the end of November, so I’m looking for someone to rent my room while I’m away. So this is going to be a sublease.
The room comes furnished with a queen-size bed (mattress + bed frame).
The rental is month-to-month, and the room is furnished with a queen-size bed. The living room has a dining table and sofa, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need.
Utilities are included, and the house has heating, a dishwasher, and an in-suite washer and dryer. Internet is $30/month and is separate from the rent. (So the rent is set as $930)
There’s also a beautiful garden that’s perfect for relaxing during the spring and summer!
The R4 bus stop is nearby, making it easy to get to UBC, and Langara College is also close by. Downtown is just one direct bus ride away on the #8.
The landlords are a lovely family who live on the second floor.

About the roomies
Your roommate would be a professional woman in her late 20s. She’s busy with work and isn’t home very often. A small dog also lives in the house, so dog lovers are especially welcome! 🐶
