About the room

For females only… good for 1-2 occupants (850 for single occupant, 1,200 for two girls sharing). Nice and quiet neighborhood. One fully furnished private studio room and shared bathroom. All amenities are included, wifi, cable and use of common areas like kitchen, laundry are shared with the owner. Great location close to bus stops(one bus going to sky train stn), groceries, clinics, restaurants, hospital, schools and more.
