EXTRAS: Full bathroom, dishwasher, living room, studio, laundry in the building ($3 wash/$2 dry), front porch, backyard, and private parking. Great neighbourhood on a quiet street, just five minutes from Dundas West subway station, close to groceries, and near the 505 streetcar.

F:30s works in media & music. I wfh three days a week and use the studio as an office. I work away from home on weekend evenings. I’m very clean and enjoy creating, so coffee and conversation are always welcome.
