About the room

3bed 1bath, unfurnished, and right across the UVIC campus! Our lease is from December to the end of April so it’s perfect for students who need a place just for the 2nd semester! If you are in healthcare, the place is between Royal Jubilee and Vic Gen so it’s a quick drive to both hospitals and the UVIC bus loop is close by to access transit if needed.

About the roomies

My roommate Jacklyn and I are RT students in our mid 20s working at the hospital for our clinical semester. Our work schedule is quite busy at the hospital but we are excited to explore Victoria as we are both from out of province. My senior cat Ray will also be living with us so must be okay living with a pet:)

I found the site to be clear of scams which is very much appreciated since there's so much garbage out there on the web.

Flawless design and user-friendly. I hope people really catch on to this app because it is well put together for people looking for affordable housing.

Roomies is my #1 go to whenever I want to list a room for rent because I always have a better experience with them than any of the other sites out there.
